Dear experts
I'd like to delete a PO to release the value for further buying activities.
PO has been already ordered and output has been generated. We first delete the line items and we submit for approval by clicking on order. Manager approved deletion.
But we still have a change version opened.
When trying to delete the approved shopping cart by using a custom program, system pops error meessag that follow-on documents still exist.
Thanks or your help.

Hi Patrick
What is the purpose of deleting the SC?
With the PO deletion you should already be able to release the value for further buying activities.
Did you try to do that
If you would like the SC to be deleted it should not have a PO as well as any other document like GR and Invoice
Ideally if you already have the PO deleted status of SC would be follow on deleted and then it should not really matter if the SC is deleted or not as it would not be showing up in the SOCO anyway
Read reply from Ricardo on this link which explains it in a bit more detail

Dear Summer
After checking what you asked, deletion flag has been copied to the activ version. And this active version has been transferred to ECC.
But when I'm tryng to delete the shopping cart, I havee the same error message that "follow on documents still exist"

Dear Customer,
"Manager approved deletion. But we still have a change version opened. "
Is the deletion flag copied to active version? Is the active version transferred the ECC after the deletion?
If not , please use re-transfer program to push the change to ECC?
Best regards
Summer
