Delete button in monitor shopping cart doesn't work in SRM 7.01

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.01 stack 70105INSRMSRV. We have some old shopping carts which I want to delete using Monitor Shopping cart. however if I select shopping cart and press  Delete I get the message if I am sure that I want to delete the shopping cart, but after pressing Yes the shopping cart stays in status Awaiting Approval. I requested SAP ALL and tried again but no deletion possible.

Any suggestion on this ?
