Define Recipient of Notifications

When I go to 'Define Recipient of Notifications' the only entries I see are:

Scenario User Role

Approve Bid Contact Person

Approve Goods Receipt or Return Approver

Approve Goods Receipt or Return Contact Person

Approve Goods Receipt or Return Reviewer

Approve Invoice or Credit Memo Approver

Approve Invoice or Credit Memo Contact Person

Approve Invoice or Credit Memo Reviewer

Approve Shopping Cart Approver

Approve Shopping Cart Contact Person

Approve Shopping Cart Reviewer

Approve Vendor Approver

Approve Vendor Contact Person

Approve Vendor Reviewer

Please can anyone tell me if there should there be more standard entries available to support Shopping Cart workflow? and if so what need to do to access them.

Hi Claire,

Can you explain a bit more what exactly you are looking for. The entries that you see are the same on my test system. When you select a line and hit 'details' you see a list of possible events.

Thanks for replying.

What I am trying to do is ensure that when an approver rejects a shopping cart the creator of the shopping cart receives a mail message in their Universal Work list.

The only scenario I seem to have available is 'Approve Shopping Cart'. Although the entry under 'user Role' is set to 'Contact Person', with rejection, changes and deleted options checked, the creator has not received a message in their UWL. I was wondering if there were more scenarios available that I wasn't seeing. The help in this area has an example with a scenario 'Process Shopping Cart' which I don't have.

Just wondering, in the Process Level Configuration do you have to configure anything in the 'Acceptance by Contact Person'?

Hi Claire,

Under the customising 'Define event schema', do you have the following entry for BUS2121?

Event: APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_REJECTED

Event Category: message(low priority)

Sub category of event: APPROVAL_RESULT_NOTIFIC_NEW

Under 'Define Recipient of Notifications'.

Scenario: Approve Shopping Cart

User Role: Contact Person

Rejection of Application Object

You should recieve a notification (message) under the tab 'Notifications' in the UWL.

This should happen for full rejection of entire cart.

I have not tested it on our system but if you have the same customising done and you still do not receive this notification then let me know and I will try to help some more.

The 'acceptance by contact person' has to be configured if you want the requestor to receive a workitem when the cart is rejected. This would be received into the Task tab of the UWL. Is it a message or a workitem that you would like the requestor to receive?

Hi Claire,

You can also check if the issue only occurs in the portal. In SRM SAPgui, go to transaction SBWP and you should see the notifications under INBOX -> Documents. If the notifications can be seen here and not in the portal, you could have a look at the following two notes 945484 and 1051787.
