Decimal notation in SRM Portal

Hi Experts,

In our system one user able to edit decimal notation. Whenever he changes in portal it will get reverted back to old setting. We have CUA in place and we changed decimal setting local in scum. Even user decimal notation is right in back end system(ABAP). Could you anyone suggest solution for this.

Dear Suresh,

There must be authorization issue for that user.

Please check the user roles and authorization. I don't the actually authorization object.
Compare both user role check the same.

I have checked and even tested with test user who has similar access like user who facing issue.

User decimal notation is right in backend system but it is not getting updated in portal.

Dear Suresh,

You mean to say that in backend user decimal notation is shown properly.? but while coming to portal it show's wrong notation.

Please check the below possibilities.

1. Check the user in portal. Login with portal admin->User admin-> check language over there.

2. Please check the user parameter default notation.

2070984 - User can not change date format if Harmonized Substitution is enabled

Tried function module in debug mode and did not find any output. This problem is only for a particular user.
