Data is not reflecting properly in CIG

Dear Team,

We did the basic configuration of CIG and sent the PO from ECC to Ariba.

But when I checked the CIG transaction tracker, i did not find the proper structure in CIG.

Please find the below screen shot for your reference:

Here sender and receiver both are coming same, ideally receiver should be suppliers ID .

Can you please check and update me.

error suggests that no mapping is available.

Did you create project in CIG?

As per playbook you should create a project in CIG before sending first PO

CIG is unable to determine incoming document type/standard. Suggested Action : Please verify the following in the incoming request are valid and pre-provided to CIG. Namespace -> namespace provided in the request is a valid and preapproved to CIG to have integration established. Document Structure -> the Incoming request to CIG is of valid structure. For further assistance, please contact CIG Support with Error Code: CIG-PLT-05663

Can you go through CIG tracker and find PO message and relevant error please?

I do not see the screenshot.

Can you edit your message and add it?

OR simply state what the error says under the failed transaction ?
