Custom Workflow Task in UWL (Portal)

Hello,

I have copied the workflow task ts40007994 to my custom workflow task ts90000001

when this task is triggert I get an entry in my uwl. But when clicking on it to open the shopping cart and approve it I just get a new window with sap gui into it. The only entry within is the sentence "please close the window".

What is required to open custom workflow task from uwl ?

Hi Rico,

You need to add that task  in back end system using T -Code  SWFVISU

After This Goto Portal->SystemAdmin->UWL admin in this re register the system and clear cache .

I think this will solve your problem.

you need to configure the task in erp using swfvisu transaction.

the same will help you generate an xml entry which will allow workflow execution.

take help of a portal and workflow resource if you are not aware of above terminologies.

Hi Barin,

Once I cofigure the new task using swfvisu transaction, what do I need to do in order to re-synchronize the UWL configuration to the ERP in order to get the new task configuration.
