Custom field on item overview screen

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.1.

I have to add a column to the ITEM OVERVIEW structure in the PO screen and would need to do an enhancement to WD component  /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_PO_DOTC_IT and view V_PO_DOTC_BASIC.

Can someone provide me a sample code for this?
I'm new to web dynpro enhancement and would need some pointers.

Thanks.The custom fields are siplayed at the ITEM DATA tab.I ahve to display these now at the ITEM OVERVIEW level.
