Custom field is not getting populated on SC screen

Hi Experts,

I have added a custom field in Shopping Cart header, I can see that field on the screen, however, no values are being populated.

The steps done to get the field on SC screen-

1. Customization SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Configure Customer Fields -> Define Customer Fields on Header Level

2. Customization SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Configure Field Control -> Configure Control for Fields on Header Level

Please help me with any BADI / enhancement to populate the newly added custom field.

Hello Mohit,

is there any value to display at the User Interface for your header CUF?

I mean, is there a value for this field in table BBP_PDHSC (have a look at transaction BBP_PD)?

Hi Laurent,

Thanks for your reply, there are no value in that field in BBP_PD. In the similar fashion, I have added another field, for which the values are present in BBP_PD those are being shown.

Here, I have that field as read only all the time, so, I do not really need to store its value in the DB. Please suggest.

so you need to use customer display field.
