Creation of shopping cart across company codes

Hi Experts,

According our requirement we want create shopping carts across company code by user.

We are use centralize purchasing organization for purchasing and having  classic scenario.

As per this setup we will create a shopping cart at corporate level or central level.

Hence please suggest any solution for this scenario.

Hi Abhijit,

You can opt for cross company purchasing . Unlike in MM you can not have centralized purchasing organization in SRM.

1. You can Create PruOrg2 under Company 2 and  Assign Org Unit ID of PurOrg2 to Responsibility section of PurGrp1 which is under the hierarchy of Company 1.

2. Maintain BUK attribuites with two difference company code's for the respective pur . group.

Hello Abhijit,

In addition to What Ashok has mentioned, You have to also add Extended Attribute - Location (i.e. Plant) of User or Department. Thus, Adding Company code in Attribute and Location (Plant) in Extended attribute along with Purchase organization and Purchase group responsibility assignment you should able to do Other company code purchases.
