Creating Purchase order: REACH regulation check no composition found for material error

While creating a PO a REACH Regulation no composition error is coming.
I added the material to a specification and also ran RREGCH_FILL.
Kindly guide on how to remove the error.
P.S. Really new to EHS any help is welcome.

Running RREGCH_FILL had already resolved this issue. re-creation of PO was required.
