Creating confirmation at SRM07

Dear Experts,

We are just finished upgrading the srm 04 system to srm 07. We are using the clussic scenario.

I am trying to create confirmation from the central confirmation screen and i can not find the document.

I am trying to create confirmation to PO that was created from shopping cart in the SRM system (we are using the clussic scenario). The only way to create the confirmation is by displaying the shopping cart, mark one of them and press the button "creat confirmation".

does anyone know's how can I use the central confirmation?

Hi Yaron,

Your user needs to have /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT role to carry out central confirmation.

The user already has the role /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT/.

Hi Yaron,

Also , check from the portal side if the roles are extended to the person . May be check if the iview is correct or its not hidden.
