Creating A Custom Table Out Side to Sourcing

Hi,

Is it possible to create a custom table out side of sourcing to maintain huge amount of data which we use it often, if so how can we connect to that table and fetch the data ?

Hi Yasoda,

Depending on your requirement when to trigger it and considering performance issues like the impact it would be on that particular page when its loaded  or if you are planning to run it as back ground , you can either look for custom jar deployment or calling through a web service for which you can go through SDN posts where many people have done it successfully.
