Hi Karl,
Given your screenshot it looks like your account has no standard account flow enabled.
(basically what I see in your screenshot is the legacy quick-enablement functionality used before standard account was introduced).
Please send a mail to dsn4partners@sap.com or raise a ticket with Ariba Support asking to enable standard account flow for your customer (don't forget to provide AN ID).
You can compare how your email should look like with invision demo to see what I mean.
