Create RFx Response User issue

Hello,

When a user is trying to create a RFx response, the message attached get's displayed, a lack of authorization. But we've checked the user and it has SAP_ALL profile, do you know where to go and how to grant the access to the action to the user?

Hello,

Check if manual solution available in note 1303125 is already applied in your system. Basically you should deactivate standard implementation BBP_ICC_QUOT_CHANGE of BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.
