Create response button for bidding on Netweaver portal

Hi,

I am trying to create response for RFX (on behalf of supplier) from netweaver portal. When I open the RFX by loging in on netweaver portal with suppliers userid , I do not see the create response button.

What can be the reason for not having the create response button?

Hello Sandip,

If you login using Supplier user id, then you are not creating on behalf of supplier but you are creating a response as a supplier.

Try creating a new RFX and check the Submission deadline dates.

If you want to use on-behalf functionality i.e. purchaser creating rfx response on behalf of supplier, then you hav to enable surrogate bidding feature in Bidder data tab of Bidder master data.

There can be many reasons for a typical case.

For example:

1.  Time zone issue: Venodr users log in time Different from purchaser.

2.  For 2 envelope bid, vendor has not submitted the mandatory tender fee, EMD or purchaser has not accepted the mandatory parameter pre bidevaluation.

You need to check the RFx for all the mandatory parameters.
