create auction-->master agreement, then create RFx, approver has approved, but status is still "waiting for approval", why?

created one auction, then created master agreement and RFx, the approver has approved the RFx already, but the RFx status is still "waiting for approval", why? logged in as the approver role, didn't find anything to approve, what is the reason? Thanks.

checked later and found seems it is a "bug" or function as design? anyway you should login as owner to open this RFx, click "Edit" button, and move to "Open for Response", click it and advance to next phase - "Open for Response", then supplier will receive the RFx invitation and participate...
