There is a integration from Fieldglass to Successfactors via CPI Middleware.
We have a strange error which is occurring whereby when the User's work order is extended in FG which is being interfaced to Successfactors.
However the User's initial work order was only till 14th March, 2022 and the extension of this work order has been done on 15th March due to which we are receiving the below error:
ChangeSet index 1 - Only one active workorder is allowed per worker contract with the index 0
We have checked couple of KBA's for this error:
KBAs' - 2940525 , 2584875, 2749885.
As per the customer, previously as well we were able to extend the work order in FG which were interfaced via CPI to Successfactors.
Why is this not happening now. Could any one please throw light on this.
