CP-19278 __Enhanced Resending of Stuck Purchase Orders

Customer trying to test CP-19278 __Enhanced Resending of Stuck Purchase Orders. Documentation says must be a member of “Purchasing Approvable Resend Administrator group” for this feature but customer says they can not find the group. Do they need to complete any steps to utilize this group added in the 2308 release? Anyone have some feedback to help them enable feature.

Hello Lou,

I reviewed my clients test realm and can see Purchasing Approvable Resend Administrator group listed. You may want to have your client try looking for this group again.

Has your client changed the Application.Purchasing.SetHoursToEnableResendingOfStuckPurchaseOrders from the default setting of -1 to another value?

Hello Lou,
The group “Purchasing Approvable Resend Administrator group” group is dependent on the PostUpgrade schedule task which needs to run in the realm. Engineering team will be running this scheduled task globally in US DC but there is no exact ETA on when they will be running it.
