Copy Sourcing 9.0 from Prod to QA

Hi

We are trying to copy Sourcing from Prod to QA. I think we have completed everything from

1594214 note and option B from thread

https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3900877.

Unfortunately when we are trying to launch SAP Sourcing login page we have blank site with message: "SAP Sourcing cannot display this page. Click the browser back button to the previous page." In defaulttrace.log we have error like below:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/odp/display/util/IMBOFrameworkProcessor : cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed

...

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.odp.util.EnvironmentIfc.getProperty(java.lang.String) of an object returned from com.sap.odp.display.util.IMBOLayerConfig.getEnv()at com.sap.odp.display.util.IMBOLayerConfig.getProperty(IMBOLayerConfig.java:26)at com.sap.odp.display.util.IMBOFrameworkProcessor.<clinit>(IMBOFrameworkProcessor.java:73)

When we had restored QA database, Sourcing started working again.

Why does importing Prod database cause error like we have where there is a java NoClassDefFoundErro when we are trying to launch login page?
