COPY PO function in SRM 7

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7.1. ECS.

In the PO POWL,I can see all PO's but when I select a PO,the COPY button is disabled.Any idea how to COPY a PO in SRM 7?

Hi

You can check with Basis team to run the autharisation check ( like SU53 ) if you suspect autharisation issue.

Hello,

By standard, this button is enabled.

Make sure that your user has the standard PURCHASING role provided by SAP.

Also, check it the user is in the same purchasing group of that purchase order.

We have copied te std operational purchser role and made changes to it.

Are we missing something on the aurhroixzzation object that is showing the COPY button as disabled?
