Hello Team
I'm new to SR . Please guide me in the below issue.
I have created the Shopping cart and it is converted in PR in r/3 as I'm not mentioned vendor while creating the Shopping cart in SRM . Now I would like to covert this PR in to PO using the SR Web portal .
Is there any possibility ?? Please let me know .

normally this sc will be available in the Sourcing cockpit .
here buyer assign this sc item and assign price and the vendor and create a PO from cockpit .
genrally this is buyer/purchaser responsibility
