Contracts in Limit Shopping cart

Hi Team

We are using extended classic scenario & can you please help in following questions

1) In the Limit shopping cart can we assign a contract (Limit SC with contract)

2) In the Limit SC under Item data we get a contract Limit value-What is the funcitonality?

No: contrat limit item can be added only in Classic Scenario as written in OSS note given by Vinay.

Moreover, with OSS note 1723485 - The item number of the contract not available in limits, item number of Contract should be now available.

This is to spread the Shopping Cart item value limit over partial limits being contract limits (for example, if several contracts are used for the SC item).
