Contract uploaded in HELD status

Hi Gurus,

We uploaded contracts using z-program and FM BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE. We managed to upload the contracts successfully but in HELD status. If we edit the contract in SRM screen, we can release the contract without warning/error message. This issue happens to service item only, material item can be uploaded and released successfully.

Anyone experiences the same before?

thanks. it seems it is the formatting problem - converted xlsx to xls solved the problem
