Contract Template Issue

Hi,

When we try to generate contract document , it gives a blank page. We looked at the templates and are unable to open the Contract Templates (for  the contract document types which are erroring out). It gives the error "E-Sourcing cannot display this page". We are able to open other templates. These templates have not been updated for alteast a month and users have been using them as well. The problem sprung all of a sudden. Please advise.

We are not able to create a new version as well. It goes back to the template summary page.

Hi Rani,

We probably would have to look at the logs to see what’s going on. I would suggest raising a message and attach the debug logs.

Thanks Vikram. I had raised a message and the issue is resolved now.

The issue was attributed towards some data corruption for  the two templates that were erroring out. We retired the two templates. Once retired we were able to change the status to Draft in edit mode, delete the existing template and set the document to a new working template.
