Contract Request document could not be sent to the external system. Error Message: Response returned

We created contract from Sourcing Award. CLID document is published and publish the contract.

When we choose "Send to External System" for the Line Item Document , we get below error message in the History section. 

Contract Request document could not be sent to the external system. Error Message: Response returned with status Code [401] of Type [Unauthorized] with message [Error:Invalid or unrecognized From credentials Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-60000000000000003706009510 for more details].

But this contract did not even reach CIG in transaction Tracker.

Appreciate your inputs if anyone came across this type of error.

Hi Jagadish,

did you create a SR in Ariba Connect to let the support team to check the error ANERR-60000000000000003706009510?

It looks like the CLID document is not sent to the right endpoint, maybe some configuration (e.g. external system ID) is missing.
