Contract Release value is not updated in SRM

Hi

We have an issue in contract, contract no ******** is created with the target 579,247 euros the release value is showing 58k in contract but it should show 579,247 because po is created with total release value 579,247,

Release value is not updating in contract, Could you please suggest on this and any sap note available

Yes. there are various reasons .upon your contract incorrect status and linkage not establised / or more attachment in SRM GOA.

what type of contract are you using? GOA or CCTR

If it is GOA - which version of SRM and service pack ?are you in ?

If it is a GOA , BLAREL idoc might failed to post the release value in the SRM .

How contracts are created material / mat group ?

to fix or understand the issue, you need to recreate the issue.

what is the ERROR in BLAREL in SRM idoc monitoring ?

and release values are not updated . strange.

what is the status of your PO ?

are you saying total value of contract 579,247 eur and PO created w.r.t contract worth 58000 EUR and total release value not updated in header data?

can you see your item level release value against the PO ?

Note 1108322 BBP_CONTRACT_CHECK wrong calculation of values

Note 1082548 Check of Released quantity and released value in contract

Even if this note is very old or not applicable, I would suggest to check code modified in the below note.

Note 622045 Net value in release overview of contract is incorrect

You could search for SAP notes with key phrase such as "contract release value not updated", and here are some results I got. Depending on your SRM release and SP level, you could decide if they are applicable to you:
