What is contract Management in Sap SRM and what are the Step by step basic configuration steps required in SRM 7.0 to implement contract Management under strategic purchasing.

Please explain first at an overview level and then in detail

If you click on Configuration Guides for SAP SRM 7.0 , you will then see another link to a document called 'SAP SRM 7.0: Operational Contract Management'. This shows configuration steps that are needed and explains contract management.
