Dear all,
I'm having an issue regarding a Contract in SRM.
There is a contract with have the validity 18.12.2014 to 28.02.2017 , but that status of the contract is expired .
The contract has three version all are inside the valid period.
User created created two PO and now deleted on Line item level. Later the SC was rejected from the SOCO.
We have checked the release Quantity of the contract for both line item 518.871,000 and 463.602,000 respectively .
Please help to check why the status is not released and released quantity is not zero.

Would you run report BBP_CONTRACT_CHECK for this contract and set 'Select Expired Contract' as X? What about the result?
Is there any warning messages?

I have just launched the report - THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP !!!..
And it returned the following messages:

- Release Value of item 1 is already within 100% of target quantity ALERT
- Release Value of item 2 is already within 100% of target quantity ALERT
- Release Value of item 1 is already within 100% of target quantity TASK
- Release Value of item 2 is already within 100% of target quantity TASK
I don't really know if there's something else to be done.

Hi,
I think if the expiration date is correct, you have to check if release value and release quantity exceeded which could also lead to such status.
If everything is fine, I suggest you check the document in bbp_pd and there should be errors if the contract is expired, and you may debug why it is regarded as expired contract from this error.
