Contract Document is getting locked once Phase changed to Publish

Hi Experts,

Whenever user is changing the phase of contract document from Executed to Published .. The Documents is getting lock with the userID at the Published stage .

I am not sure how to unlock this document.

Any help would be appreciated .

Hi Sushant,

As per my knowledge, this is the standard functionality of the system to lock the document after it is published.
Should you need to unlock for any specific business purpose, you may be able to unlock it using scripting.
