Contract Document is getting locked once Phase changed to Publish

Hi Experts,

Whenever user is changing the phase of contract document from Executed to Published .. The Documents is getting lock with the userID at the Published stage .

I am not sure how to unlock this document.

Any help would be appreciated .

Hi Sushant ,

I think Published is a custom phase , identify the contract document type and then associated contract document phase configuration  , then check if workflow is attached at that phase .

Or approve/reject by logging in as user whose collaborator is approver in Master agreemet collaborators list.
