Contract distribution to backend system from SRM

Hi All

I am trying to create a contract in the backend from the RFX response in SRM.

I have a few questions in this regard.

1) I noticed that the SRM location is populating correctly in the interface data, but the corresponding ECC plant is not being picked up. So the contract is failing. does this need to be changed thru a BADI?

2) When the create contract button is clicked. There is a red error message " object type is not supported".Once i click the Create Contract button again, the message vanishes and it creates the contract & contract number is displayed.

3) There is no check on the number of contracts triggered from the RFX. I was able to trigger three contracts, by pressing the button three times. Shouldn't it stop , when one contract is triggered.
