Contract display authorization is invalid inSRM7.0 ?

Hi,

I set display authorization in authorization object 'BBP_PD_CTR' for one Purchase Organization. but the usre with the role can see all Org contracts is contract list.

if I set creation or change authorization, it is normal, the contract can be display ,but it can't be changed.

I wonder if it is the system standard functionality? and how do I do to realize that the user can only display the his own Orgazation contract. can it only do by BADI?

Ii is little challenging job control authorisation part for purchasers .
