Hello !
I have an issue related to Contract Clause / Section phase configuration. I use the Company workbook and upload the standard phase configuration but as a business requirement I need to change them.
As Help.sap mention, it supposed that I should access some menu items, but I couldn't find them both logged as Enterprise or Buyer even when my user has assigned every security profile provided by the system.
"Library Item Phase Configuration" menu is missing and also "Administration" menu is missing too. Even when I have assigned every security profile.

Hi ,
When u imported company workbook , does the sc_contractgen_phases have phases defined?..
In the second line in help , Instead of Administration it shall be Set up as Document set up is available in setup.. navigate there and check if you are able to see phases..
