Contract Automatic Approval WF error

Hi All,

I have an scenario where we need the Contract to be automatic approved. I'm using process controlled WF and I'm in SRM 7.

The schema is as follows (and the Automatic approval will appear just when is required)

Level type : Automatic

Task id : 40007988.

Decision Type : Decision for Entire doucment.

This part seems to be working fine as in the Approval tab of the Contract I can see a line for the automatic approval.

The problem comes when I click on Release the contract, that the WF starts and ends in error with the following message in SWI1:

Workitem XXX: Object FLOWITEM method EXECUTE cannot be executed

I first thought it was a problem with the WF-BATCH used but I cannot see anything wrong with it.

Could you please advice?

When the approval is not automatci the WF works as expected

Solved.

There was an issue with the binding between task 40007988 and workflow 40000025 so the automatci approval was never executed due to this.
