Dear Members,
We are working on a Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management Assessment Project.
Can anybody help us with the roadmap/right approach on how to assess an existing FG system.
Kindly help with the suggestions on the questionnaire to be asked to the client for assessment and identifying their pain point.
Appreciate any help with relevant materials if any.

For me it is very much a question of what you want to achieve with the assessment. It is a program review, are you assessing internal/external processes/relationships or analyzing the technology - or all together?
I would start by asking what your goals are in the external workforce program incl, benchmarks and industry standards and company wide strategy. Thereafter I would assess if the current configuration can be optimized to support those goals; incl. automation, integrations, extension incl. other procurement services (SoW) and data analytics requirements.
In an existing program, there will be also an adoption team which can assist with a review.
