We are working on a Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management Assessment Project.

Can anybody help us with the roadmap/right approach on how to assess an existing FG system.

Kindly help with the suggestions on the questionnaire to be asked to the client for assessment and identifying their pain point.

Appreciate any help with relevant materials if any.

First step I'd suggest would be to reach out to your Fieldglass Adoption Rep and request a session to run through the instances diagnostics.

These reports provide important info on

1. Key configurations - what's turned on, whats not - what % of industry peers and all customers utilise.
2. Benchmarking based on customers data to provide insights into

• foundational data
• cycle times
• efficiency.

If you do not have a contact within the adoption team, raise a case with Fieldglass Customer Support and one of the central pool of adoption rep's should be able to assist.

For me it is very much a question of what you want to achieve with the assessment. It is a program review, are you assessing internal/external processes/relationships or analyzing the technology - or all together?

I would start by asking what your goals are in the external workforce program incl, benchmarks and industry standards and company wide strategy. Thereafter I would assess if the current configuration can be optimized to support those goals; incl. automation, integrations, extension incl. other procurement services (SoW) and data analytics requirements.

In an existing program, there will be also an adoption team which can assist with a review.
