Contact Person issue in SRM

Hello SRM Experts,

We have deleted existing vendor & recreated. whenever trying to create an open tender Rfx it is considering all the vendors in the system & giving dump No BP role exist for partner 651(deleted contact person number). In BBP_PD can see the 651 contact person Guid in partner details.

Please advice in resolving this high priority issue.

Hi,

Please check table BUT100 for 651 to see if role BUP001 (contact person) is assigned.

If not, please assign this via trx BP.

You should also make sure the relationship between contact person and supplier is well stored in table BUT050/BUT052
