Confirmation rejection WFL Error on SRM 7.1

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.1 , SP07. We have created Confirmation which has gone for the approval WF. Now if the approver tries to reject the confirmation from UWL. Error is coming "Reason for rejection is mandatory" .

1. But the screen is opening in the display mode and not in change mode .

2. Which field to enter the reason of rejection.

3. Is the data maintained in configuration ?

Hi Ashish,

This field is enable (reason for rejection text) before you click on reject. This is a SRM bug even I have same experiance for PO rejetion .

Workaround Kindly enter the reason for rejetcion comments then click on reject the conformation

Kindly raise a OSS message on SAP.

Whole confirmation WFL screen is coming in display mode . I am not seeing any field "reason for rejection".

If you have raised the OSS ticket. Can you give that OSS ticket.

Hi Ashish,

ok, let me understand.

In UWL screen you reject the document, the error occurs. Right?

Then you open the document details. The rejection note is not enabled?

Have you checked the text schema for this document?

Check at SPRO> SRM> Cross app> Text Schema> Define Text Schema

Is the same in your system?
