Confirmation list response time is poor

Hello,

We are on SRM 5.0, SP SAPKIBK016. We recently implemented an Oracle upgrade and our confirmation response time seems to have degraded. When users are requesting their list of confirmations to be processed it is taking as long as 2 minutes to create the list.

Has anyone had this problem and resolved it?

Hello Corinne,

You need to verify why this performance issue is happening. Take a look on note 1396028 will help you about how this trace need to be conducted.
