Confirmation in SRM

Hi,

I am new to SRM, when i am  creating  a confirmation outstanding Qty is getting Copied to Confirm Qty. how can we stop this?

Could you please tell me the SRM SERVER Support package level information ?

Please also check if Note 2023938 is implemented in your system, if not , please
implement it .
After applying this note,  if you have BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI active for confirmation
it might cause the issue .  the solution to this is documented in the following KBA Note :
2097497 .

Could you please check if all these could be any help ?
