Confirmation in "Currently being transferred status". or "error in Process"

Hello Experts,

I need to reverse the confirmation done in February. But system had updated the status as “Error in Process”.

  1. I would like to know à

1)      How to overcome from this problem

2)      What is the root cause for this kind of issues? Sometime same error appears in shopping cart, sometime in PO

Could you please educate me on this.

Hi Sharan,

Can you please check if you can find IDOC from Feb in SRM system for this GR. That should give you detail error why the Confirmation is failed to process in ECC system. Based on your question it looks like that GR is not proceed in ECC system and created Goods Receipt?

Please provide error details from IDOC to better understand your problem and provide solution.

Thanks for your response. But this note is talking about service receipt, but I have issue in indirect procurment,

Hi Sharan,

Also please let us know the error status of the confirmation from RZ20. This will clearly help us analyse why the confirmation is failing.

Thanks for the reply. Yes there was issue in Idoc, There was an issue with asset closure in back end. After rectifying issue in ECC it went through.
