Confirmation Approval

Hello guys,

Our approvers are unable to approve the confirmation after displaying it. They could able to open the confirmation item by clicking on the "details" icon. In the next screen, they selected the radio button "Approved" and clicked on "SAve" button. But nothing is happening. Screen remains the same.

Instead of opening the item and approve, if the approver directly approve the item by clicking on "green tick" icon in their inbox then the confirmation item is getting approved.

Could you please help me to fix the issue?

We are setting up confirmation workflow in our SRM 4.0 system. Earlier we were using no approval workflow WS10400010. Now we have activated admin workflow WS10400020 and also the badi BBP_WFL_ADMIN_APPROV.
