Hi Experts,
We are in SRM701,
the email with subject " COMPLETION PROCESS: REQUESTED END REACHED " is sent to the approver.
could you please help me understand,
1. why is this email getting triggerred ?
2. when will this email trigger ?
3. Any config to be maintained ?

This is triggered because in your system you would or someone would have maintained Deadline Monitoring for one of the Business Object.
Assuming its done for Shopping Cart you can do the following things.
Goto:
SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management ->SRM Server ->Cross-Application Basic Settings Create ->Event and Event Schema for Alert Management->Define Events
Check for the Object type BUS2121 if for Event WF_COMPL_REQUESTED_END : Event Text is maintained. Which means this is an Event which will be triggered.
Now you can go back and check under Event and Event Schema for Alert Management -> Define Event Schema ->if any Duration is maintained under event WF_COMPL_REQUESTED_END. If the Event Category is Message for the Event than there is a mail triggered if it is set to Alert you get Alert in your Inbox in EBP.
