Cloud Connector - Error 417 adding subaccount - handshake failed: 403

Hello all,

We have this issue adding subaccounts for Ariba Supplier Integration:

2022-01-14 09:51:26,851 +0100#ERROR#com.sap.scc.ui#http-bio-8443-exec-10# #SCC handshake failed: 403

com.sap.scc.servlets.SccHandshakeException: SCC handshake failed: 403

P-user and password obtained from CIG activation.

Technically there is no difference using SUSER or PUSER.

This is SAP support response to opened ticket. So, can we asume we need to contact Ariba to give us permissions in this subaccount?

Hope you are doing good.

For the account aff5426a3 , I can see that the user PXXXXX_ARIBAOPERATIONS.ACCOUNTS.ONDEMAND.COM has the CloudConnectorAdministrator Role.

The user PXXXX (our P user) does not have this access.

From BC-MID-SCC we cannot assign Admin access to subaccounts. To assign access you need to get in touch with the Account Administrator.

The error description is not exactly the same as that note. Actually we have P-user and this note is refering a S-user.
