CLM - SRM Integration : Cancel Agreement

Hello Experts,

Request your valuable suggestions regarding an issue we are facing in CLM-SRM integration scenario.

When we try to cancel the Master agreement in CLM we are facing the attached error.

Could someone share with us the limitations of the functionality of cancelling the Master agreement in CLM and replication of same to SRM.

We would like to know once we cancel the Agreement in CLM , in what status the central contract in SRM would be.

Hi Gopi,

    What is the status of the Central contract .. have you distributed all the line items..?. Is it still in process.  As long as there are no pending/outstanding process on the Central contract you should be able to cancel the MA on Sourcing.

Thanks a lot for the response.

The central contract in SRM is in saved status.

Is it mandatory to have the central contract distributed and executed completely to get it cancelled?
