CLM - MA Renewal reminder email notification

Hi Expert

Currently, We user SAP Sourcing 7.0. We would like to change mail configuration of mail template "MA Renewal Reminder". At this moment, We would like to change from existing field "EXPIRATION_DAT" to be "RETENTION_REMINDER_DATE". I tried many time to change it but I still don't work. Please see below screen shot.

Change to new field, but mail showed on second part and don't get first part.

This one can get first part but don't have value for token.

Hi Tanaporn,

You can't change a standard mail template, but can use a Custom Tamplate and specify your tokens.

On the other hand, you are trying to use RETENTION_REMINDER_DATE field, check if you have "MA Retention Reminder" (external ID: system.ma.retention.reminder) on your Mail Message Template list. I'm using CLM 9.0, I'm not sure if this template exists in Sourcing 7.0.
