Hello,
Is the "Enterprise and the Company" Workbook import a mandatory Step in the CLM Install?
If yes, what would be the minimal changes to be done?
Kind regards,
Lina

Hello,
Is the Company Workbook upload a mandatory step in CLM.
In the Company Workbook there are some tabs with prefix "SC".
What does "SC" means?
Here are the Tabs:
sc_activities
sc_cost_centers
sc_cost_center_grps
sc_entities
sc_gl_accounts
category_managers
And also if you could provide details how to customize these fields.
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
Lina
Hi Lina,
Please refer to the Configuration guide and it provides you with the details you are looking for.
These workbooks are used to setup a running system with all data.. Depending on the business requirements, if the customer has chosen to get the materials and plants data from ERP then there is no need to populate these sheets with data and import it. Similarly if the business requires you to use the cost_centers, gl_accounts etc... then you have to fill in these values and import them via the workbooks.. This is a business case based decision and an onsite functional consultant will be the best person to answer your questions..
