CLM Contracts to Multiple SAP Backend Systems

Hello,

We are exploring options to publish CLM contracts as outline agreements to multiple SAP backend systems. I understand that SAP allows only one integrated system to be added in system poperty odp.doc.integration.external_system.

My questions

• Can we add additional another SAP system in the above mentioned system property.If yes do we have a negative impact elsewhere
• Is it advisable to switch off 'external valdation' check on the master agreement type and then publish to multiple backends?
• Any other way to do integrate with multiple SAP backend systems? (Without SRM)

Hi,

you can only have one external system for Business Documents.

However, you can build an integration in PI and have PI distribute based on certain criterias - we have done this with one of our customers. It's a lot of coding and extensions; but it works both inbound (from Ext System into Sourcing) and outbound (from Sourcing into Ext System).
