Hi Team,
Clicking add to cart button multiple times, creating a new record for the same product which is already there in cart instead adding to it. How to fix it in back end instead of disabling add to cart button until an operation completes.
Request clarification before answering.

please, consider only SRM tags for similar topics, I would say your first tag is ok SRM Shopping Cart. The tag SAP Customer Checkout is for different product / solution.
