Clicking on Add to cart button multiple times leading to duplication of orders

Hi Team,

Clicking add to cart button multiple times, creating a new record for the same product which is already there in cart instead adding to it. How to fix it in back end instead of disabling add to cart button until an operation completes.

please, consider only SRM tags for similar topics, I would say your first tag is ok SRM Shopping Cart. The tag SAP Customer Checkout is for different product / solution.

Hi Gergely,

Its not happening every time, we coded like if cart already exists based on ship to and contract then the product should add to the exist cart. But even though the issue appearing in some scenarios.
