Hay,

-Can you please quickly let me know how to see this "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" in SRM

-I need the path/steps to see that CLEAN_REQREQ_UP

-Is it going to be in SRM back end or ITS?

Hello,

In SRM backend, transaction sa38, enter the program name CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

Execute the tranasction with the selection fields required e.g. SC Number.

This is setup as batch up to run at regular interval.

Hello Rick,

You can check this report in SE38 and execute it.

You can also check this from BBP_PD transaction. Open any SC, PO in BBP_PD. Go to main menu at the top GOTO --> CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

You can use either to execute the program CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

HI

You can run this job program at every 3 minutes in your system . so you can schedule in sm36 . this job helps to clear bbp_document_tab table.

in sm37 you can see this program must be scheduled. or se38 you can styudy the code wtiiten
