CIG - Order request error "Bad Request" and Error Code:"400"

We are getting following error in CIG. No further error details for

Ariba Network Response is :"Bad Request" and Error Code:"400" and Error Code Response:"Error:Invalid Document:SerialNumberInfo element is not allowed for this relationship. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-160000000000000001225376640 for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644. Please review the Support Note 189049 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189049) for solution

This field that is causing the error is used in SCC solution - not DSN .

Kindly check in your ERP system if the parameter CSC_ENABLED is enabled - and if so - turn it off.

if the parameter is off.. you need to make sure to not pass this field in CIG, you can do it by:

1) removing serial number from IDOC (in SAP on PO level)

2) deleting this in CIG via mapping on orderrequest
